Wheelchair admission is unavailable.
The goal of the game is to escape from the room within 45 minutes by seeking items, identifying clues, and solving puzzles and riddles.
This is an intellectual game. The game calls for observation, teamwork, creativity, communication and courage. The game is linear, so once you have solved one puzzle you are able to move on to the next one.
Please contact staff if you need help or assistance and inform staff immediately in the event of an accident or an emergency.
Please DO NOT damages any items to satisfy your destructive desires or attempts any stunts (such as roof-climbing, breaking doors, moving large furniture); results are usually not performed as anticipated.
Objects that are marked with “black and yellow” tape are out of bounds and do not contain any clues. They are just decorations, basic furniture or mechanical objects and you don’t have to move them.
Please DO NOT smoke, run, eat, or drink inside the room. No video or photography may be taken inside the room. You will not be admitted and will be asked to leave the room if any of these rules are not followed

For online booking, simply follow these easy steps:

2. Select the number of participants
3. Select the date and time
4. Complete the customer info page

Cancellations or changes made to bookings more than 48 hours away: We will fully refund your purchase to the credit card that was used when making the booking. You can cancel your booking by giving us a call or email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process.
Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of start time: No refunds will be provided, but we will provide a full credit on your account to use towards a future booking (within one month). Please email us at: email@example.com prior to your booking to request a credit to your LOST Canada account.
No shows: A booking is considered a no-show if we aren’t notified about a booking cancellation at least 4 hours prior to the start of the booking. No refunds or credit will be given for no shows. If your group does have a cancellation or partial cancellation please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org at least 4 hour prior booking start time to receive LOST Canada credit towards a future booking (within one month).
